One Chuan Grove is a 99-year leasehold condominium at Chuan Grove, off Lorong Chuan in District 19. It joins two URA Government Land Sales sites that Sing Holdings and Sunway Developments won in July and September 2025.
Preliminary plans show 1,056 homes in five blocks of up to 27 storeys, from one to five bedrooms, with seven shops and a childcare centre. The target preview is Saturday 13 February 2027. Prices have not been released.

I owned a unit at the original Chuan Park, and I live in District 19. If you missed Chuan Park, One Chuan Grove is the next chance to buy new in the same pocket of Lorong Chuan. The main differences are timing and choice: completion is about three years later, and there are more two-bedroom homes plus a few one-bedroom units.

One Chuan Grove sits along Chuan Grove, next to the NTP+ mall at New Tech Park. Lorong Chuan MRT (CC14) on the Circle Line is one stop from both the Bishan and Serangoon interchanges.
NEX at Serangoon and Junction 8 at Bishan are each one MRT stop away. Serangoon Gardens, with Chomp Chomp Food Centre and myVillage, is close by, and drivers have the Central Expressway.

Sing Holdings was founded in 1964 and is listed on the SGX Mainboard; its homes include Parc Botannia in Sengkang. Sunway is part of Malaysia's Sunway Group, which bought MCL Land in 2025; its Singapore arm now trades as Sunway MCL. Its projects here include The Continuum and Terra Hill.

Will there be more new launches at Chuan Grove?
Yes, possibly. On 27 October 2026, URA released another Chuan Grove site on its Reserve List, for about 930 homes. A Reserve List site goes to tender only when a developer applies with an acceptable minimum price, so there is no launch date. (Source: URA, 27 Oct 2026)
How is One Chuan Grove different from Chuan Park?
Both are at Lorong Chuan. Chuan Park has 916 homes, is fully sold and expects TOP in Q4 2027. One Chuan Grove has 1,056 homes, has not launched and is estimated to complete at the end of 2030.
